This is an email my best friend received from her boss:
Okay mystery folks!
Sometime last Friday, someone absconded (stole) my staple remover.
With brown squeeze handles and 4 sharp teeth, she was a thing of beauty when it came to staple removers… And she removed staples with the greatest of ease… Small, medium, or large staples were just no match for my staple remover…
Would the kidnapper please return it ASAP.
This is the response one of her coworkers sent:
She sounds lovely and maybe she has been swept off you feet by my handsome, durable, ruler, which also disappeared a week or so ago.
….I can’t blame her, if she did, as he was unique ……..15 inches.
