So we did a few other things besides the typical tourist attractions. For example, I simply had to visit Chantal Thomass which is a fantastic French designer of lingerie. While I was there, spending a ridiculous amount of money on exquisite French lingerie, Brian was next door at Michel Cluizel spending a ridiculous amount of money on exquisite French chocolate. Guess we all have our vices…
One day while walking through one of the many gardens that dot the city, we stumbled upon a museum and thought, what the hell, let’s check it out. Apparently we had found the Musuem of Skeletons because that’s all that was in there. For example, we saw the skeleton of a Dodo bird:
And then we wandered into what Brian called the “Corner of Freaks” – there we found skeletons of conjoined twins. I think this was a goat. Or maybe a pig…
But that wasn’t enough. Nope, they even have skeletons of fetuses:
What the FUCK?! Scary!!! That’s like something those crazy Pro-Life people would use in their campaigns.
But not everything we saw was quite this disturbing. For example I tried to emulate art:

Overall it was really just a fantastic trip. Even if the Skeleton Museum has left me scarred for life…
