According to most experts, there are 5 Stages of Grief. They are:
#1: Denial
#2: Anger
#3: Bargaining
#4: Depression
#5: Acceptance
There are other versions that have 7 stages (they add shock and guilt to the 5 listed above), but it seems the 5 stages are the most common/accepted. My favorite is denial. I think I’ll stay there for a while, I’m not yet ready to deal with reality.
